Dear one,
Don’t get so caught up in what you are thinking, feeling, and doing that you forget that we are all human. We all have triggers, we all have experienced some sort of loss, we all have pain and fear and love and regret.
Remembering our collective humanness is not the same as making excuses for bad behavior. Instead, it is tempering the way we feel and react to those behaviors.
Never forget that I love you, and that excludes no one.
