Dear one,
When you’re the shoulder people lean on, they may forget that you need to lean sometimes, too. When you’re the strong one, people don’t always understand that you can be weak. Do yourself a favor and take the time to check in on the people you care about…especially the ones who you take for granted are always fine.
Self-care is important, but so is stepping up and being present for those you love.
Never forget that I love you, and that excludes no one.
