“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.”
Mark Twain
Dear one,
I’d like for you to stop thinking of anger as a bad thing. Anger is neither bad nor good, it simply is. Emotions aren’t “good” or “bad” on their own. What we do with them is how that determination is made. The problem is that anger puts us into survival brain, and when our critical thinking is taken offline, we no longer make the best choices.
May we learn to use our anger to inform our decisions, not control them.
Never forget that I love you, and that excludes no one.
Love,
