You only get one shot at this life. Don’t waste your time trying to be perfect, I promise that is an impossible pursuit that will leave you feeling alone, empty, and unfulfilled. Life isn’t about always being right, it’s about living. Living means making mistakes sometimes, and learning from them.
If I’m going to make a mistake, I want it to be made in the pursuit of joy. If I screw up while seeking joy, that’s a mistake worth making.
