I create a lot of my own problems, and I have a hunch that you might do the same thing. This is especially true for my fellow perpetually exhausted, big hearted, overachieving people. I see you and I honor your hustle.
I also want to remind you that you are allowed to say no. You are allowed to walk away from people, places, and things that are harmful to you. Even if you are a natural helper. Even if helping is your job.
You are allowed to press pause and take a breath. You are allowed to prioritize yourself and you should, because the world needs you.
