Baby steps count.
Take your time to experience new things and don’t fall prey to the need to get to the finish line. The show will still be there if you don’t binge watch the entire season in one sitting.
Similarly, you don’t have to work yourself to death 24/7 to make an impact and make a difference. Downtime matters, so don’t let anyone make you feel guilty for slowing down to catch your breath. Baby steps are still forward momentum, and the last time I checked, even slow-paced forward momentum is headed in the right direction. There is no prize for running yourself into an early grave, dear one. Find what you love about this life and live it.
