Stepping away changes everything because there is no pause button on life. It’s ok to step away. Stepping away can offer new challenges, new experiences, new perspectives. Stepping away from something doesn’t always have to mean leaving it behind. Sometimes we need to step away to have those experiences and meet those challenges to realize the value in what we had.
It’s ok to come back. Returning with a clearer vision of who you are and what you want is positive progress even when it may not feel that way. Just remember what I said about the pause button, and know that everything changes – including you.
Whatever you choose, it’s ok. You’re ok.
