Dear one,
It’s said that ‘time is money’, but if we truly believe that to be true, why don’t we treat it as the valued commodity it is?
Why do we spend it so freely doing things that offer nothing beautiful to our lives, or to the world around us? What if we stopped ‘spending time’ on things and people that do not return the good into the world, and instead began ‘investing time’ in that which makes us – and our world – better?
Stop allowing your energy to be ceremonially sapped by emotional vampires who are satisfied to wallow in the negative. Invest your time and attention in those who not only need help, but want it. Give yourself to those who lift you, not those who would keep you down.
Never forget that I love you, and that excludes no one.
