Dear one,
Spoiler Alert: Every time I answer one question, it only creates more questions.
I don’t write these love letters because I have all the answers. That’s the last thing I want you to think. In fact, this blog and the website itself act as a sort of repository for the answers I do have so I can keep them all together in one place.
I share my life experiences and what I’ve learned from them in the hope that out of all the people who read what I write, something might resonate with at least one person who needs it. It’s not important that I have all the answers, but it is important that I share what I know so that others may be able to answer their own questions. If all this work helps one person, it will have been worth it.
So maybe these letters are something fun to read. Maybe they don’t offer much that is helpful to you. Or maybe something you find here will become a survival guide for you. As they say in 12-step meetings, “take what you need and leave the rest.”
Never forget that I love you, and that excludes no one.
