Dear one,
My vision got a lot clearer when I learned that in order to see people, I needed to trust myself more deeply than I ever had before. That level of self trust had to come about in order to allow my eyes to accept the important counsel of my mind and my heart. In other words, it is sometimes necessary to seek input from more than just our eyes when making important decisions.
My eyes are only capable of seeing what is in front of me. My heart is only capable of feeling. My mind is able to take all available information and sort it, helping to make sense of it all. What my eyes see does not always align with what my mind and heart see, and I realized the inherent value of bringing all three together to make stronger, more informed decisions.
That’s how I am better able to ‘see’ more than what is readily apparent about people.
