It’s common to crave attention, even sympathy from others sometimes. I would like to suggest that you avoid painting a picture that would portray others as villains in your story in favor of a temporary boost of dopamine. Co-opting the narrative in this way can have unintended consequences for all involved.
I’m not telling you to stifle your feelings, only to pause for a moment to consider the potential ramifications of your words. If you wouldn’t say it to their face, it’s probably a good indicator that you shouldn’t say it to anyone else.
Never forget that I love you, and that excludes no one.
