Take a look at what you do on autopilot. Those habits will tell you a lot about where you are in your life, but they can also give fantastic clues about where you can make changes if your goal is to improve.
Don’t underestimate the value of small, incremental changes when you’re working toward something bigger. Those small changes add up just like the pocket change I drop into a jar every day when I come home from work. And just like that pocket change, you have the opportunity to see those small shifts in habit flourish and reward you.
